Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, orange juice, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Overall this is an awesome NEIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Awesome soft feel. Feels like Simcoe, Amarillo, El Dorado. Very juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank/earthy hops; great wheat/oat/malt balance. Mild residual sweetness from lingering dryness. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.8%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited Berliner weisse! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, cranberries, and moderate lactose/malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish, not overly lactic. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Amazing balance of juicy/jammy cranberries and Lacto complexity; with a nice lactose and pale/wheat malt backing against acidity.
