Fles 33cl bij Grandcafé Marron in Hoogeveen. 4.2%. Citrus, hoppig, grapefruit, bitters, fruitig, wat witte peper. Klein beetje dun. (18-12-2024).

Draught, 6.8% at the brewpub. Faint acidic aroma with a little peach and apricot. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite acidic, tastes like lactic acid, but not as dry as some sours. Oily mouthfeel, perhaps slightly salty. Has a little peach flavour, but not very much, which is good. Also a little sweetness, bust just enough to mellow out the acid a little. So, flavourful and quite well-balanced.

Draught, 7.5% as Hoppie B-Day. Vinous, papery aroma. Cloudy dark orange colour. Stable creamy white head. The flavour is also vinous and papery. Tastes a bit dusty and well-lagered, but not bad. Medium bitterness, getting higher in the aftertaste. Good mouthfeel.

Draught, 4.5% at the brewpub. Good fruity flavour. Hazy yellow/golden colour. Small stable creamy white head. The flavour is very light. Creamy with notes of fresh yeast. Low bitterness. Tastes more of the carbonation than anything else, but ok for a thirst quencher.
