Reasonably good beer. It has the German qualities with a modern twist. Not as good but solid base. Gollem raamsteeg

On tap at To Amuse, Haarlem. Almost clear ruby amber-brown colour, beige head. Aroma is light nutty, hint of roast, some dark fruits, malts, burnt caramel. Flavour follows. Light and pleasant beer, albeit a bit non-descript.

On tap at restaurant To Amuse, Haarlem. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of loads of coriander seed, popcorn, light butter, wheat, very spicy and very familiar as well. Flavour is medium sweet to sweet, spicy, coriander seed, light buttery, hint of bitterness, lemon, just slightly refreshing. Light bodied. I'm pretty sure I've had this before. This Docqmans comes across as a brand that sells re-labeled beers, not a brewer.

On tap at restaurant To Amuse, Haarlem. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of grain, just light floral, CO2, just light hoppy, not much to it. Flavour is light, grainy, light malty, carbonated water, light grassy hop. Light bodied. It's drinkable but far from exciting.

Clear pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts and light hops. Quite sweet. Rather sweet flavour, light bitterness. Light caramel. Malty finish, some straw.
Not bad for a lager.
