Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 13C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L002 (BBF 04/18). AROMA: medium sulphury aroma, followed by a medium-low roasted malt background (chocolate-like). APPEARANCE: dark Brown color with ruby highlights against light. clear. fair beige head with moderate retention. TASTE: medium roasted malt aroma with a dark chocolate character. low nutty, sulphur and yeast presence. medium-low bitterness with a semi-dry and slightly roasted finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a porter with execution problems.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L002 (BBF 04/18). AROMA: medium malt aroma with a toffee character. oxidized hop notes (cheese). APPEARANCE: dark gold color and slightly hazy. medium, creamy off-white head with good retention. TASTE: similar to aroma with caramelized malt, faint cereal husk and oxidized hops (cheese). medium bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an APA with execution problems and oxidation.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 10A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L004 (BBF 06/18). AROMA: medium-low metallic aroma, wet cereal husk and yeast. low wheat background. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and slightly hazy. medium white head with low retention. TASTE: dilluted flavor initial medium-low wet cereal husk flavor, followed by medium-low yeast flavor and a faint wheat background. low bitterness with a semi-dry and yeasty finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a weizen-like beer very dilluted and with some problems that need finetuning.

Hazy light brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have lots of floral hop and a little bit of sweet malt. There’s a bit of a yeasty finish too.

Botella 75 cl de Portugal Rocío. Embotellado 07..2015. Fcpref 07..2016. (r001). Color tostado marrón muy turbio con espuma blanca. Auténtica fuente de espuma al deschapar. Aromas y sabores maltosos tostados con toques herbaceos de lupulos muy maduros algo rancios con toques ligeros terrosos. Suaves cítricos y resinas. Al final deja suave amargo de lupulos maduros. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo Pastora y con abundante gas, sobretodo al principio. Numerosos pozos en suspensión y al final en fondo. Normal aunque debería haberse tomado antes que seguramente los lupulos hubieran estado mejor.
