Draft at the Taipei taproom. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a round white head. The aroma is yeast and banana. The flavour is yeasty bitter, herbal, with a light, watery, crisp, yeasty, herbal, light, crushed banana palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Draft at the Tipsy Dragon, Taipei. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus. The flavour is over moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, dank, piney, light lemon citrus, light warm alcohol, big woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Over medium bodied with average carbonation.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark rusted red with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dark red fruits, some rum, and caramel. Flavour is quite boozy, with lots of rum barrel upfront, backed by dark red fruits, and a touch of caramel. There's a little cough drop in there as well. Well-made.

Poured from 330mL bottle. Cloudy copper with minimal off-white head. Light candied sugar, very mild hopping, light rum burn, but tastes more like an 8-9%. Decent, but not fairly mellow.

Clearish copper with a small white head. Caramel and sweet barrel notes, touch of booze. Sticky and sweet caramel with some heat. Not bad.

Bottle. Cognac in the nose, buttery toffee, touch of smoke, touch roasty. Flavor is toffee, butter, chocolate, butterscotch, light cognac. Finish is a bit astringent. Decent.

Lovely aroma of bourbon and caramel, only lightly boozy. Taste is good. Bourbon as expected, bit of butter in a caramelly way. Treacle too. Good body to it. Bit fruity too. Like it!
