750 from the Beaumont Market. Pours orange apricot with a four-finger creamy off-white head. Nice sour citric aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is lightly barnyard, mildly sour, fruity and just enough bitter to make a great finish. Actually it’s pretty bitter. Could drink this forever.

750 ml bottle graciously sent my way by bvc. Pour is a cloudy orange yellow golden with a nice firm 2 inch white head. Aroma of pineapple citrus fruit, citric wheat and a nice light earth yeastiness. Taste is the nose, with the sweet citrus fruit up front followed closely by a nice citric wheat body. Yeast kicks in the finish with floral notes, some clove, some more citric wheat and finally the aftertaste has the citrus fruit again. Nice transitions of flavor. Palate is medium, very drinkable - particularly as an accompaniment to Thanksgiving dinner. Aftertaste is a touch muddled between the fruit and yeast, otherwise quite nice. Thanks Brandon, you are always super generous and certainly know what types of beers I like.

Draught. Poured orange yellow with thin fast dissipating white head. Little lacing. Fairly flat flavour, a little citrus, a little spice. Lingering spice and floral finish. This beer began and ended well, tho’ it fell off in the middle.
