750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with large head. Aromas of yeast and lemons. Taste is similar and simple. Light and delicate for a Saison but quite refreshing.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is both lemon tart and very wheaty. Flavour is very wheaty and only lightly tart with a bit of lemon. The lemony wheat pretty much characterizes this. Very solid and refreshing.

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. Gin and lime aroma with light tartness. Lime and gin flavor with brett. Medium bodied. Lime and gin lingers with brett, light tartness, and light earthiness. Closest beer I’ve had to a gin and tonic.

Cidery, wine beer with nicely astringent finish. Yellow cloudy pour very pale. Aroma is yeasty and cider. I sensed ’n bietjie yeast in the aroma, and much wheat in the light body

Bottle - Bread, hay, pineapple and honey on the nose. Cloudy yellow with a quickly diminishing fizzy head. Yeasty and acidic with the usual farmhouse features of hay and a little citrus. A very average beer of this style.

On tap at APEX, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of mandarin oranges, Belgian yeast, dough and slight candied sugar. Flavour of Belgian yeast, slightly sweet dough, and crackery malt. Not as rustic or authentic as I like my saisons. Pretty bland and light, but decent.

Aroma is stale with ash and peppery spices. Flavour is sweetish and spicy with pepper. A weird one, too high on spices.
