440ml can from Honest Brew. Clear mahogany with off-white to tanned small creamy head looking head which dissipates quickly. Aroma of caramel, raisins, sweet malts, floral and grassy hops. Taste is sweet, malty, caramel, earthy, but there is a rather funky to metallic off-note in the finish which I found unpleasant. Medium body, soft to zingy carbonation. Apart from the finish I liked the beer so is a shame.

330ml can from Beer52. Green pour, with small green tinged head. Aroma is mint, vanilla, lemonade, cream. Taste is the same. Mild bitterness. Barely a beer in truth, nice though.

440ml can from Beer52. Hazy orange-brown with small creamy off-white head. Malty, orange, pine, sweet, slight confectionary aroma. Taste is grapefruit, resin, pine, quite sweet tangy finish with a building bitterness. Its good.

330ml can. Hazy pinkish-red with brief fizzy head, heavy sounding carbonation. Aroma is juicy with berries, some background lemon and ginger. Taste is sweet and sour berries and lemon, some ginger, light and refreshing, some dryness in the finish. Nice.

330ml can from HOTM. Black with small off-white head, leaves a thin top. Aroma of salted caramel, chocolate, lactose, very inviting. Taste is toasted malts, chocolate, lactose, then the salted caramel comes in, sweet, bitter, salty, rich and sticky. Maybe a bit too much going on, it starts to lose a bit of balance. Still tasty though.

330ml can. Black with tanned creamy looking head. Aroma of hot chocolate, cinnamon, light roasted malts, vanilla. Taste is chocolate, sweet malts, cinnamon, ginger biscuits, strong peppery finish. Light to moderate body, a touch thin on the mouthfeel. Interesting and clever but not loving it.

330ml can from Beer52 cyberfest. Pours fairly thick black, small tanned head, nice retention. Aroma of roasted malts, booze, tar, sweetness; interesting. Thick full body almost like light treacle, bittersweet, roasted, charcoal, dark chocolate, boozy, slight raisin and berry in finish. Yes its very good.

330ml can. Pours black, with moderate sized tanned head, circular retention. Aroma of milk chocolate, vanilla, coffee and a light roasty background. Its smooth and fairly creamy, big chocolate and fudge notes, coffee more subtle than expected, quite sweet but there is some bitterness to offset. Very moreish.
