From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2016. Aroma is strong roasted malt, plenty of liquorice, some coffee, touch of dark chocolate. Flavour is medium sweet and roasty bitter. Body is full. Smooth Imp. Stout, bit heavy on the liquorice.

330ml can from Beer52 cyberfest. Pours fairly thick black, small tanned head, nice retention. Aroma of roasted malts, booze, tar, sweetness; interesting. Thick full body almost like light treacle, bittersweet, roasted, charcoal, dark chocolate, boozy, slight raisin and berry in finish. Yes its very good.

OatmeaT. Valt mega tegen, had de pastry variant express laten staan vandaag met de hoop dat deze beter zou moeten zijn, maar tja… beetje after eight-ish

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy nearly black with small dark tan head. Clear aroma of malt, vanilla, yeast, and chocolate. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of dried fruit, yeast, coffee and touches of oats, vanilla and barrel. Roasty and barrellike aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Decent, although rather boozy, especially in the aftertaste.

Can 33 cl. Pours a deep brown with an orange hue and a small, light brown head. Sweet roast and English licorice in the nose - a hint of smoke. Fat, sweet, roasty body - again with plenty of licorice notes and a warming alcohol finish. Solid indeed. 120123

33cl Blik van Drankgigant. Zwarte kleur, beige-bruine kraag. Engelse drop, gebrande mout, mokka, koffie, laurier, bitterzoete finish. Medium tot volle body. Beetje teveel drop naar mijn smaak, maar verder prima klassieke RIS.

Can at the Wild Rover, Oslo. Has a dark brown to black colour with a beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, bourbon, licorice and tobacco. Flavour of coffee, bourbon, licorice, ash and dark chocolate chip muffin. Has a soft and silky mouth feel, full-bodied and a light bitterness. Nice stout with lots of chocolate and roasted malt.
