Bottle from the Honest Brew stand at the Good Food Show at Birmingham NEC. The Honest Brew rep claimed they’d made this at their own in house brewery but on examining the bottle it clearly states that it was brewed at White Hag. The beer’s a light orange-amber in hue with a white head but a rather prickly mouthfeel. Very pleasing tropical fruit and orange whiff and taste. A pretty nice IPA in fact, so well done White Hag, but I’m knocking a mark off for the lie that Honest Brew told about its origin. I shall henceforth refer to them as DisHonest Brew.
