Flight at brewery. Pours very hazy deep yellow with white head. Aroma is a lot of stonefruit; mango and peach. Flavour is juicy; notes of mango, peach, pineapple. Quite nice.

Dullish pale, slight haze. Medium head. Nice bit of nelson on the nose. On the palate, sticky malts and a whack of alcohol, bitterness a bit low, the nelson comes through decently, especially a gooseberry sort of character. I’m the #3 fan of head banger on RB and also of this one.

A darker shade of blond, hazy. Fruity, tropical aroma, with a hint of that Nelson Sauvin pungent fruit. Good body strength, mildly sweet, just the right amount; light bread base, crusty; the hopping is powerful, there's enough bitterness, and loads of hop quality, waving from sweet citrus peel to tropical accents, some melon, passion fruit; the alcohol is noticeable, but not distracting. Excellent.

473mL can, pours a hazy bright golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is bursting with Nelson -- tons of white wine-like hops, bright citrus, some green melon, and gooseberry. Flavour is an absolute Nelson bomb, bursting with gooseberry, white wine-like hops, pronounced bitterness, and just enough malt to balance. Damn -- this is definitely the best Head Banger in some time, and is up there for best ever. Wonderful.

473mL can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright resinous and piney hops, a touch of citrus, sweet stone fruits, and caramel bready malt. Flavour is somewhat sweet, with resinous hops, sweet stone fruits, and bready caramel. Sweet stone fruits and hoppy resins on the finish. Good stuff, but not one of the stronger Head Bangers.

Dark blond colour, almost golden, slightly hazy. Plenty of hops aroma, pine, sweat, fruits. Lean mouthfeel; something's strange with the malt base, it's slightly sour, which doesn't work too well with the strong, piney bitterness; mild pith and alcohol in the finish. It's a good beer, but somehow rough, so, not the best of the series.

16oz shared with Alex (thx for the beer, man!) @ 🏡 Appearance: almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma: citrusy, some sweetness, bold. Taste: a bit skunky, low sweetness, bold body, quite bitter. Harsh. Overall: whoa, so disappointed. Decided to give it another try cause of Galaxy used and it happened to be one of worst in the series 😑

Poured from 473mL can. Clear gold with white head. Slightly chewy malt backbone, soft pine hops, typical Head Banger booziness, decent.

Darkish gold. Slight haze. Thin head. Light galaxy aroma. Lots of pale malt and alcohol, with medium bitterness. Good -galaxy isn't necessarily big enough to be optimal in a Head Banger but it's not half bad.
