16 ounce can into lager glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a small dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lime, citrus zest, cracker, corn, white bread, light biscuit/pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of lime, pale malt/grains, and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lime, citrus zest, cracker, corn, white bread, light biscuit/pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness and citrus tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lime, citrus zest, cracker, corn, white bread, light biscuit/pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Nice robustness and balance of lime, pale malt/grains, and light earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance; and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering hop/zest bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and fairly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a nice fruited Mexican lager. All around good robustness and balance of lime, pale malt/grains, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful and never watery for the ABV. Very well balanced between all flavors. Style was labeled as a Vienna from the brewery. I was expecting more malt presence, but this was nicely enjoyable and well made all around. Would be a great summer beer, as was intended.

22 ounce bottle into snifter, 2017 vintage bottling. Pours nearly opaque dark brown/black color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, fudge, marshmallow, bourbon, coconut, toasted oak, and dark/brown bread; with light notes of molasses, licorice, raisin, plum, fig, smoke, oak char, and roast/toast/oaky earthiness. Touch of booze in the aroma as it warms, but not overwhelming. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malt and bourbon barrel notes; with great strength. Taste of huge milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, fudge, marshmallow, bourbon, coconut, toasted oak, and dark/brown bread; with light notes of molasses, licorice, raisin, plum, fig, smoke, oak char, and roast/toast/oaky earthiness. Light roast bitterness and bourbon/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, fudge, marshmallow, bourbon, coconut, toasted oak, dark/brown bread, light molasses/dark fruit, and roast/toast/oaky earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt and bourbon barrel flavors; with a nice roasted bitter/sweet and bourbon/oak spiciness balance; with zero cloying/acrid flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering roast bitterness and bourbon/oak tannin spiciness. Medium carbonation and full body; with very smooth, creamy, silky, velvety, and rich mouthfeel that is fantastic. Slight slickness, chalky roast, and oak tannins. Alcohol is very well hidden; a mildly increasing warmth of 14%, with minimal barrel booziness lingering after the finish. Overall this is an amazing barrel aged imperial stout! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt and bourbon barrel flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the huge ABV. Perfectly balanced rich malt complexity and bourbon barrel integration. Never overly boozy, tannic, or drying. A highly enjoyable offering as expected from this year's flavored variations.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a deep brown with a finger of beige head that lingers. Huge cinnamon, big red, fireball nose that doesn't go away. Some vanilla peeks out as it warms up. Spicy, big red cinnamon on the palate with some vanilla undertones, booze and cinnamon throughout. Lingering cinnamon.

Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, papaya, mango, melon, guava, banana, bubblegum, wheat, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of pepper, clove, pine, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/light spicy yeast, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, papaya, mango, melon, guava, banana, bubblegum, wheat, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of pepper, clove, pine, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Slightly increasing drying from lingering bitterness and spicy yeast. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready, and light sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.5%. Overall this is an outstanding NE DIPA! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/light spicy yeast, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the very mildly bitter/spicy finish. This is basically just a Belgian IPA as a NEIPA. Extremely juicy hops and yeast complexity; balance malts, not overly sweet/heavy for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

Nice thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of wheat, cracker, corn, and white bread dough; with light notes of honey, lemon, pear, apple, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with pale male/corn and light earthy hop/fruity yeast notes; with great strength. Taste of wheat, cracker, corn, and white bread dough; with light notes of honey, lemon, pear, apple, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Very mild herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of wheat, cracker, corn, and white bread dough, light honey/fruit, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness of pale male/corn and light earthy hop/fruity yeast notes; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Very clean on lager flavors, not overly fruity/yeasty. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.75%. Overall this is an excellent cream ale. All around great robustness of pale male/corn and light earthy hop/fruity yeast notes; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful with clean malt/grainy corn flavors, with just enough balancing earthy hops. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Amazing balance of rich malts and spices; with perfect barrel integration, never overly boozy or tannic. This one was less thick/velvety and a bit more drying due to the spices, but nothing to complain about. A highly enjoyable offering.

Approximately 16 oz plastic cup draft at Ember’s - a Fire & Ice Lounge in the Detroit airport. The pour is a mostly clear golden with a small off white head. The aroma is resin, pine, and a bit of caramel malt. The taste is the toast caramel malt, followed by softly bitter resin hop and a bit of pine mineral finish. The palate is medium bodied with active carbonation and the dry mineral finish. Solid.
