Description
Lazy Bay Brewery is a small micro brewery located in Lady Bay, Nottingham. We produce tasty IPA’s and seasonal beer, using the finest British malt and the best hops from around the world. We are currently packaging in cask and eco kegs and a limited release of bottles.

Lazy Bay was founded in 2018 by ex-teacher and long time home brewer Brett Phillips. Brett learnt his craft in numerous ways, but he’d say that his many years traveling the globe has inspired many of his beer recipes.

The brewery is named after the area where he now lives, Lady Bay, Nottingham. A visit to this small oasis of calm and tranquility along the River Trent would explain the chilled out nature to Brett’s brewing ethic.

Cask at Smithfield, Derby. Pours almost black with a small beige head. Aroma of oatmeal and roast malts. In the mouth there is plenty of chocolate along with dandelion and burdock, and traces of dark fruits and pepper. The finish is both coffee and fruity. This is rather noce to say the least.
