Bottle at Reverend Nat's, pours a hazy pale golden with no head. Aroma brings out notes of bourbon, a touch of vanilla and stewed apples. Flavour is less strong than I would've expected. Dry, boozy and lightly funky. Pretty weak and watery, but pleasant.

On tap at Reverend Nat's, pours a cloudy dark red with no head. Aroma brings out sweet and sour cherries, a touch of perfume, and a touch of berry jam. Flavour reveals huge notes of tart cherry jam, a touch of acidity and pith. Complex, fruity and well-balanced, with a dry finish. Really lovely.

On tap at Reverend Nat's, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is super dry and tart, with zesty apples, a nice dryness, and a touch of funk. Flavour is super funky and dry, with almost a bone-like dryness, a touch of funk, and some citrus zest. Bone dry with a unique funkiness. Really nice.

On tap at Reverend Nat's, pours hazy blonde with no head. Aroma brings out dry apples and a touch of funk. Flavour is similar, with medium sweet apples, ample dryness and the subtlest funk. Dry and funky, with a touch of sweetness. Very nice.

On tap at Reverend Nat's, pours a cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma brings out notes of whiskey that dominate, though it's not that pungent. Flavour reveals notes of tart whiskey notes, acidic apples, and some booze. Strange barrel aging but it works well. Nice balance of sour, acidity, apples and whiskey. Solid stuff.

On tap at Reverend Nat's, pours a hazy dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out nutmeg, cinnamon, apples and some roast. Flavour is unusual, but really cohesive for the blend, with cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate and celery. The strange vegetal notes work well. Nice blend but I prefer the original.

On tap at The Beer Mongers, pours a totally clear golden with no head. Aroma brings out lots of apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavour is surprisingly nice, with apples, cinnamon and nutmeg, and just enough sweetness to complement everything. Really like the blend of a "winter warmer" and cider -- works really nicely.

Deep purple color. Deep stewed cherries in the nose. Very nice light mouth with lots of stewed Cherriies but lacks a bit of tartness. Fairly dry.

Huge passionfruit nose. Big sour mouth with tons of passionfruit and huge oaky passionfruit and apple finish. Big sour finish that just lingers. Awesome.
