Poured a totally clear yellow color with a small white fizzy disappearing head. Aroma was light apples, sweet apples. Flavor was on the sweet side. Light apple skins.

Very nice balance. Some tanginess but well balanced. Pours clear with OK head. Light tangy finish. Bottle at tasting.

Bottle. Crystal clear pale yellow color, still. Lightly funky apple and lemon aroma. Taste has bright applesauce and apple skins. Tasty.

Clear pale golden color. Big yeasty nose with tons of Belgian yeast. Tart lots of funk with apples, apricots and oak. Wow. Nicely balanced. Fun as hell. Refreshing. Good stuff

Bottle. Nose of cherries, yogurt, almonds. Deep crimson color. Flavor is cherry, stones, apples, spices, cinnamon, nice tartness level. Really lovely stuff with great cherry flavor.

On tap at PIB 2015, pours a cloudy murky yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out lots of dry hops upfront - wouldn't even guess this was a cider if I didn't know. Flavour brings out a good mix of dry hopping and green apple skins. Really nice hopping on the cider base. Really good.

On tap at The Beer Mongers, pours a cloudy blonde with no head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and medium funk. Flavour is quite funky and dry, with crisp apple skins, a light tartness and a weird funk. No residual sugars at all. An interesting one for sure.

Tap. Golden color with small head. Aroma and taste are both apricots and apples, quite sweet. Perfumy. Not too dry. Quite a good cider though. Tap again, Seattle. Still the same flavours, would give a similar score.

Bottle, pours a murky yellow with no head. Nose smells like a rich apple pie, with caramel and light bourbon. Flavour isn't anywhere near as rich, with muted apples, dry bready caramel and a touch of bourbon. Pretty hot and lacking complexity, but still very pleasant. Much better aromatics than flavour. Decent.
