500 ml bottle. Aroma is apples, hops, musty. Not getting any of those spices. Taste is mildly tart, musty, yeasty, faint apricots. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a one finger white head that never goes away. It’s a good cider but I was hoping for more with all these crazy ingredients.

Bottle pours out a translucent straw topped with almost no head. Nose is fruit and some black licorice. Taste is more of the fruity and hops.

Draft - Sweet green apple, light tartness and a touch of funk. Clear gold with a small white head. Apple, perfumy and apricots in the finish. Slight tartness and funk with some sweetness in the finish.. Not bad.

[2/25/15] Draught at Beer Mongers in Portland. Nice dark red color. Pleasant aroma of apples and lots of cherries. Refreshing sourish flavor with apples and cherries. Very good stuff.

[2/18/15] Bottle at Ladyface Ale Companie in Agoura Hills. Slightly hazy yellow. Aroma of apricot, white wine, apricot kernels, mild hops, a bit of apple, a sulphury note and an alcoholic note. Sourish-sweetish flavor with apricot, some apple, some citric hops and a faint bitter hint. Decent and refreshing.

On tap at Abv. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a small white head. A crazy pear and fresh hop nose. Fresh fruity pear, wood, resin funky hops. Great.
