On tap at Apex, pours a cloudy light golden with a tiny head. Aroma brings out dry apples and apricots. Flavour brings out a mix of apricots and dry apples. The apples seem to dominate above the apples, Good stuff.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with almost no head after a bit. A big robust sweet apple nose. The flavor is moderately dry, very sweet apples pushing through, yeasty at times. A bit of a sharp apple tartness in the tail. Quite good. Super drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A light yeasty white wine nose, some fruit and funkiness. Interesting odd flavor; tart at times, almost woodiness, some slightly doughy funky yeast throughout, lighter apricot, something akin to really ripe apples. The whole of all of the additions mesh, but in somewhat complicated ways. Interesting for sure.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a tiny white head. A slightly tart apple nose, yeasty. Light ginger, sweetness is there but dominated by yeasty very dry apples. Light tartness. Low carbonation. Somewhat zesty.

Not as gingery as claimed.. Aroma has a light ginger tang with much apple. Flavour is the apple, pleasantly off dry as claimed but with just a faint hint of spice. Dry apple finish.
