Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver; 6.9% ABV
Hazy blond color with almost no head. It has a very nice aroma of apples and white wine, fresh apple juice. The mouthfeel is dry, overly carbonated; some cider flavor, the apple profile is mild, it reminds a bit the oxidized juice; the acidity is quite high too; traces of apricot and cider vinegar.
A complicated cider that is not complex, eventually.

Bottle from MadeInOregon dot com. Free shipping on occasion. Good reason to be on their mailing list. :)

Pint glass pour. Cloudy pale gold. Quick hit & run fizz.
Smells faintly of ginger & orange/apricot sharpness. Bitter/dry anticipation.
Soft soapy ginger flavor. Not spicy. Acidy, non-descript apples. Chalky more then yeasty. Mostly dry. Prickly, light carbonation.

A bit pricey, but very easy & refreshing.

500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with very light head. Aromas of citrus, old apples, and peach skins. Sour and somewhat acidic. Flavors of a light mixed fruit juice.

On cask at The Bitter Tasting Room, pours an opaque ruby red with a small head. Aroma brings out loads of real cherries, a touch of funk, and maybe a hint of tartness. Flavour is amazing, with loads of deep cherries, and a touch of subtle tartness. Amazingly cherry dominated, with a crisp, dry mouthfeel. This is one of best ciders I've had. Like drinking dry cherry juice. Amazing stuff.

On cask at The Bitter Tasting Room, pours a hazy gold-tinted yellow with almost no head. Aroma of dry hops, a little funk, and dry apple. Flavour is similar, bringing out loads of dry hops, some funk and puckering dryness. Very high drinkability with the dryness and funkiness. Great stuff.

On tap at Apex, pours a cloudy light golden with a tiny head. Aroma brings out dry apples and apricots. Flavour brings out a mix of apricots and dry apples. The apples seem to dominate above the apples, Good stuff.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with almost no head after a bit. A big robust sweet apple nose. The flavor is moderately dry, very sweet apples pushing through, yeasty at times. A bit of a sharp apple tartness in the tail. Quite good. Super drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A light yeasty white wine nose, some fruit and funkiness. Interesting odd flavor; tart at times, almost woodiness, some slightly doughy funky yeast throughout, lighter apricot, something akin to really ripe apples. The whole of all of the additions mesh, but in somewhat complicated ways. Interesting for sure.

Not as gingery as claimed.. Aroma has a light ginger tang with much apple. Flavour is the apple, pleasantly off dry as claimed but with just a faint hint of spice. Dry apple finish.
