Pours a clear burnished gold, aroma is lightly spiced, cassonade, demerrara, honey, real lemonade, ginger ale... some medium honeyed apple fruit.. an interesting blend for sure, fruity, herbal, spiced, floral, some elderflower, but not it tastes too much like a cider
