500mL bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with a beige head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, bourbon barrels, and vanilla on the nose; overall is very refined and well-incorporated. Flavour has bourbon, dark chocolate, toasted malts, vanilla. Complex, rich, and well-blended. This is excellent.

22 oz. bottle, pours jet black, no head. Aroma is full of dark dried fruits, coffee, cinnamon, and rich bourbon. Flavour has a nice cinnamon spiciness, complemented by dark dried fruits, coffee, rich bourbon barrels, and a touch of vanilla. Incredible blend of dates, cinnamon and bourbon especially. Sublime.

Cinnamon, chocolate, moderately sweet. Taste is along the same lines, with cinnamon, chocolate, coffee, and some American oak being nicely balanced. On the thinner side as for MT, but it's still a good one.

Dark brown. Great aroma - lots of coffee, dates, and a bit of vanilla, even the walnuts. It's all coming together in there with a rich bourbon and big alcohol note. All this comes together beautifully on the palate...all those things that are individual on the nose, come together as a whole on the palate. Sweet vanilla notes, big body, lots of bourbon. Rich, complex, and I'm also digging the more fruity character, lively in the body, that complements the rich dark malts and coffee.

500mL bottle. Pours black. Nose dominated by toasted coconut, some rum, and maybe gentle notes of lime and banana, though that's probably confirmation bias. Flavour has a ton of toasted coconut and rum barrels, not really much lime or banana, though I can convince myself of their presence.

[2021 Vintage] 500mL bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Lovely blend of roasted malts, toasted caramel, a light touch of dark berries, and bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has a very nice toasted malt base with well-integrated bourbon barrels, rich dark chocolate. Rich mouthfeel, appropriately thick. Fantastic.

500mL bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with a beige head. Bourbon, vanilla, and dates on the nose; maybe a little bit of green pepper. Flavour has tons of coffee, vanilla, dates, dark chocolate, cinnamon, bourbon; boozy warmth. Phenomenal complexity, all of the flavours work. This is excellent.

Very dark. No head. Robust aroma, lots of chocolate especially. On the palate, full body, some coconut. Layers of rich malt, good bourbon accent. Delicious. Really just excellent stuff.

Dark brown, inky and no head. This is toasty, and nutty, with some nice brown sugars and a good barrel accent. This has a lot of alcohol on the palate, up front, with a syrupy dark sugar note like straight molasses, then there's a slight vanilla, and it gets towards a hotter woody finish.
