500 mL bottle, split with Michael. Pours dark brown, with a small, bubbly, tan head. The nose is dried limes, leather, black cherry, black pepper, and oak. Sharp and tart. Medium body, quite acidic, and sharp. Bright, complex, and quality.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a pale, hazy, yellow color, with a fair, bubbly, white head. The nose is bright orange, coriander, bread dough, and lemongrass. Sweet and kinda juicy, with a mild, pithy bitterness. Easy, refreshing, and quality.

Tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a nice, foamy, tan head. The nose is dark chocolate, beautiful toasted coconut, vanilla, and cloves. Sweet and malty, with a mild bitterness. Light to medium body, syrupy, and a little grainy. Pretty smooth. Beautiful, and a bit decadent.

On tap in Divide. Pours black, with an average, foamy, tan head. The nose is espresso, brandy, toffee, and hazelnut. Sweet and decadent, with a light, roasty bitterness. Heavy, thick, and syrupy. Tasty and decadent, if a bit cloying.
