Fantastic soft feel, mellowly lactic. Amazing balance of super juicy/jammy fruit and Lacto complexity; with a nice sized wheat/malt backbone against acidity. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and top tier quality kettle sour all around.

Great funky strawberry nose. Bit lighter than expected but comes with the aging I guess. Fruity strawberry juice still.

Smells like spicy cucumbers. Maybe I should have aged this can 🤔. I like it cause it's fucking weird though! Pickle comes out eventually. Maybe. Who knows. It's a damn pickle beer.

Can. Pours bright red. Raspberry, deep sweet raspberry syrup stuff, little funk, little minerally, little vanilla. Good body. Excellent.
