Description
DID WE MENTION WE’RE NOT A BREWERY, BUT A BEVERAGE COMPANY?
While we’re the most passionate about beer, the root of our curiosity lies in fermentation itself. To feed that thirst, we’ve been working with local and regional artisans of the non-beer kind, and are very excited about this side-venture we’ll be taking to Downtown Asheville. While our main focus is definitely beer, we’ll also be trying our hands at a whole smattering of Wine, Cider, and Mead, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

We’ve got a 15bbl Brewhouse and a 3bbl Pilot Brewhouse, a dedicated Wild/Funky Barrel Cellar, and fermenters ranging from wine barrels up to 30bbl stainless tanks.

WE’RE DEAD-FOCUSED ON BRINGING YOU EQUAL AMOUNTS OF OLD SCHOOL AND NEW SCHOOL.
That means Lagers, IPAs (clear AND hazy), Wild Ales, Big Ol’ Stouty Stouts, Super Sessions, Chippy Boiz, and everything in between. With that said, we can’t wait to work with local farmers, artisans, and makers in an effort to expand our non-beer side of things. Come explore the other side of fermentation with us!

Expect the unexpected…and…well, I guess now it’s actually expected? Definitely don’t expect any more vowels, though. Did that joke land? Dammit.

Fruity as hell for an adjunct-free pint. Sharp berry acidity, citrus zest, and some guava, followed by pine and a touch of minerals. Pretty tart for an IPA.

Legitimately never had an IPA that tastes like this. Tastes like citrus and a recently oiled football? Odd but not bad.

Draft pour at Dominion Wine and Beer. Poured a mostly clear, dark red color with a very wispy off-white head. Aroma was dusty peanuts and plenty of grape jelly. Flavor was cracked peanuts, lots of tart fruits. Marshmallow. I thought this would be very gimmicky, but this was delicious.

16 oz. can, thanks to Timmy. Pours a clear, straw color, with a fair, bubbly, white head. The nose is honeysuckle, lemongrass, resin, pear, and rosemary. Dry and resinous, with a big, sticky bitterness. Medium body, thick, and sticky. Aggressive and aromatic.

Sample during "Farm Fest 2025" on 07/05/2025. Hazy pale golden color with a medium thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Grassy hops, stone fruit and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of mild grassy hops, stone and citrus fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Dank hoppy aroma with citrus and malt notes. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, bittersweet grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Surprisingly fruity? Fresh hops? I accidentally spilled 90% of it on a rug so I'll be generous.

Shiny pale gold from can. White lacing. Bitter pilz, light sweet malts. Ok enough.
