Pours a hazy, gold-butterscotch, with mid-sized head. Aroma is a bit muted, with a dank upfront note of green onion/garlic, followed by citrus and tropical fruits. Flavors more pronounced and include: garlic, citrus, tropical fruit. Light underlying sweetness. Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness at the finish.

On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma is stone fruity, citrusy and biscuity. Pours hazy dark golden color with thin creamy white head, good lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing stone and tropical fruity, following is resinous and biscuity, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is average bitter. Full body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Godspeed…

Root + Branch Historical Society
American Brown Ale 6.3%

Hope all the folks up in Kanto enjoy the American Craft Beer Experience but this is the closest I can do 😉

Deep brown color with root beer like tan foam that lingers. Soft chocolatey cocoa malt and sweet piney hop aroma. Quite full bodied with roasted cacao and c-hoppiness.

Honestly, this is excellent. Great example of the style.

Sweet, hoppy, juice. Little burn in there, as well. Thanks Heat!

(Draft at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 16 Aug 2025) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, tropical fruit, mango, pineapple and herbs. Fruity, sweetish taste with notes of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, papaya, orange, vanilla and a mild herbal/citric bitterness in a slightly boozy finish. Full body, quite sweet. Soft, creamy, smooth, juicy and really tasty. Great beer!
