Draft - Light grains and honey. Clear gold with a rich white head. Honey an flight grains. Although not a fan of this style, this is well done and I could drink without complaint. Slight bitterness in the finish.

Draft - Lemon and some spice with a touch of yeast. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Apricot and similar fruit, touch of banana and clove and a sweet finish. They obviously used German Hef yeast and not enough of anything else to give it real saison flavors.

On tap at BTBF. Pours with a black hued body and a moderate sized tan head. Aromas are roasty, floral, baked bread and chocolate. Flavors are a touch thin, roasted, bready and floral. Medium dry, thin bodied, somewhat creamy. Not bad.

Tap at Fillmore pub. Pours with crystal clear golden hue, lasting white head good retention and lace. Aromas are floral and grainy, very low DMS, some toasted base malt. Clean, low ester, lightly herbal. A bit generic, but not bad. Flavors are toasty, grainy, a touch nutty, lots of malt, really clean yeast, low, low herbal hop. Inoffensive, bland but clean. Decently crisp, higher carb, medium body. Nothing wrong here.
