Landed @Bluejacket just in time to see the Lululemon shop a couple stores over get lit up by six cop cars. Merry Christmas. Dumb amount of stiff head over an amber, slightly jellied pour. Bready, weak pepper, a little mild & nondescript in the nose. Bright, then citrus honey, then white bread, with some lingering acid & weak floral. Great burps.

First try @Bluejacket. Dull, oily, frothy gold tulip. Sweet pink wine nose with some bready notes. Sharp & crispy upfront but it melts into a bittersweet, slightly too sweet, slick, earthy-flabby $8 box of rośe wine. Could have been better.

Churchkey, late. Frothy, sort of clear, pale gold pour. The lighting in this place is terrible. Melon, herbal, sweet onion, grassy, gentle nose. Mild sourness. Oniony sweet, a little herbal, slight lemon & white grape on the finish. Okay to good.

Dark brown, hazy, frothy, tulip pour @Churchkey. Chocolate roast, sharp, tight char, woody. Slightly old & stuffy scent from my glass. Rich roast but equally sharp with fruit & char. Lingering veggy hops & acids, green & nicely over-steeped tea with too much sugar. Hard to do more than one but it was lovely.

Hazy, dull, pale pour @ChurchKey. Juicy dry hop, minerally, calcium nose. Thin body, mellow cereal & fruit, dirty acidic hops that I liked at first but then the beer starts to show an ugly peanut shell, oxidized finish. Frothy, low tart, whatever abv. It's still a blonde. Nah.

On tap @Churchkey. Full pour. Clear, frothy, pale gold. Semi-sweet beef smoke, half strength. Honey. Semi-sweet grain, light charcoal, bitter steel-earthy hops, lemon & moderate meaty smoke. Finishes off-dry with only some gentle soot & annoying lingering acid. Middling on the rauch scale, better than most else on tap.

From a can at a RB tasting. Pours a slightly hazy pale straw with an off white head. Aromas are tropical fruit. Flavors are moderately bitter mixed citrus.

16oz can pours a murky honey color with some creamy white head. Nose has huge honey and lemon curd, perfume. Flavor is oats and malt and tropical fruits. Finishes off dry.
