Draft: Poured a dark black brown, head is tan. Aroma is light pumpkin, chocolate, malty. Taste is chocolate, boozy, roasted malts pumpkin.

Draft pour at Solace Outpost Falls Church. Poured a dark cola color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was pleasant roasted notes. Very light chocolate, malt roast. Flavor was pleasant, clean and easy to drink. Really nice dark lager.

Draft pour at Solace Outpost Falls Church. Poured a mostly clear, dark golden color with a small off-white head. Aroma was big fruity notes - lemon with some fresh strawberries. Flavor was light strawberry puree, with some tart lemon zest.

Very hazy golden coloured body with a four to five centimetre tall tan head topping the nice, 80 per cent opaque glowing body. Aroma of candy, citrus fruits, flowers, grass, resin and some tropical fruit notes like pineapple and guava. Medium-bodied; Relatively bitter malt and hop notes show at first with some citrus fruit, flowers and slightly perfumey and grassy components show a good layering of hop notes, but with enough support, character and balance from the malts that give this another round of complexities from the fruits here, all with a nice sweetness (seemingly all coming from fruit) at the end. Aftertaste is crisp, fairly dry and showing a good balance of malts, hops and sugars and presenting enough complexities and flavours, while still being easy enough drinking. Overall, a pretty nice beer with a good profile and some enjoyable bitterness here, while being unfiltered and opaque. Good to sample super fresh and hyper local! A good option, and nice enough name/can coming from someone who has never seen the movie! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Harris Teeter in Arlington (Columbia Pike), Virginia on 18-September-2021 for US$1,87, canned on 16-August-2021 and sampled at my house here in Washington on 25-September-2021.

Can. Pours hazy orange. Peach, orange, sweet, tangerine, lemon, oregano aroma. Medium body. Fine.

Tap. Pours clear golden orange, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is merlin, grapefruit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Meekly body. Nondescript

16oz can pours a fairly clear, neon orange with a ring of white head. Nose has dough, grist, yeast, some root veg. Flavor has carrot and dough, some yeast, some grist, a little detritus. Finishes medium bodied, mostly dry. True to style.

Overhopped for my taste.
