Draft at Solace Brewing. Poured a slightly hazy red color with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma was lightly toasted malts, lots of sweet resin come out in this one. Touch herbal hop notes. Some light tropical citrus in here too.

Draft at Solace Brewing. Poured a clear nutty copper color with a small, foamy, slightly off-white head. Aroma was sweet malts, crisp, slightly malty. Pleasant traditional tasting German pils.

6 day old can A: Clear pale gold with 1" of white puffy foam. Great retention and thick patches of lace. S: Underripe sour oranges and faint toffee. T: Again green citrus fruit and pith dominate. Bitter and tart ending with floral and woody notes. M: Light and crisp with very fine carbonation giving an elegant mouthfeel. O: Pretty good and somewhat distinctive. Worth a try if you like the style.
