Draught @ the taproom (11/30/18). Murky orange-rust color with very small frothy whitish head that’s gone fast, faint acidic aroma, low carbonation, mildly sour fruity taste with light resinous bitterness, thin body, medium finish. Nothing like the other blonde ales I’ve tried.

NYC Beer Week Opening Bash: dull brownish color. Aroma is really fruity and literally juicy. Taste is kind of like a juice, mostly. Sort of bitter. Weird. Not really so much an IPA.

NYC Beer Week Opening Bash: pours dull reddish with loose head. Aroma is super fruity. Taste is minerally and a bit metallic. Wish the taste was more like smell.

At the source: abv says that it is 6%... pours bright purplish red with a pink head. Aroma is very weird... sorrel, loads of apples, berries and all sorts of fun stuff. Taste is slightly sour. Very fruity. Not really like a cider or a beer... sort of tastes like a cocktail. Light hoppiness. Would not call this an IPA.

At the source: pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, sugarcane, yeast. Taste is herbal, but in a good way... not too sweet. Nice tanginess. Quite interesting and good.
