Draught @ the brewery (April 2025). Dark brown with faint red highlights, large creamy dark beige head, mocha aroma, medium bitter mocha taste, toffee. lightly nutty, smooth creamy body, long finish. Very smooth stout.

Draught @ the source, Faintly cloudy golden with large foamy off-white head, light citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, bitter piney/citrus peel taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Passable.

Draught @ the brewery. Faintly cloudy lemon yellow with very small frothy white head, very faint citrusy aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter soapy taste, thin body, long bitter finish. The soapy taste is too off-putting, no good.

Draught @ the source. Clear dark brown with reddish tint, large creamy beige head, faint milk chocolate aroma, low carbonation, sweetish mocha taste with milk chocolate, smooth body, long sweet mocha/latte finish. Very smooth and mellow.

Draught @ the source. Clear golden with very small frothy whitish head, faint piney aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter taste with strong pine flavor, thin body, long bitter piney finish. The piney flavor was too sharp for me.

Draught @ the source. Cloudy reddish copper with very small frothy whitish head that's gone fast, floral aroma, low carbonation, mildly sour taste with hibiscus flavor, thin body, abrupt finish. Not very remarkable.

Draught @ taproom. Cloudy, almost hazy bright yellow with small foamy whitish head, faint grassy hops and malt aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter malty taste, smooth body, medium finish. Good and smooth.
