Growler fill at Van Moll. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste are hoppy, softly fruity, citrusy. Sweeter in the aroma, more towards bitterness in the flavor. A bit watery texture. Doable.

Cloudy pale milky yellow beer, small aery irregular white head. Aroma: nice, juicy, tropical fruits, a bit resinous, some citrus, a bit of almonds, slightly oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness, grassy, a bit resinous, somewhat fruity, citrus notes. Aftertaste: good bitterness, resinous, hoppy, a little malty, a bit oxidized, still pretty nice.

I get a bit of pistachio, maybe an Irish crème aftertaste…I’m not really sure what else I’m getting in there. A little fruity, a little minty, very complex.
