Clear amber color, good beige head. Nose has some wort and hints of vegetables. Medium-bodied. Crisp. Malty, some caramel, but not really sweet. Light bitterness in the finish. Dusty notes.

Pale yellow color, good white head. Aroma of cereals, metal, malts and some wort. Light-bodied. Citrus hoppyness and sweet maltyness. "Typical" brewpub-product. Not too bad.

This small brewery utilizes a craft brewing equipment with 5 different tanks (?) that can produce 200 litres of beers each time; they brew 5 times to fill up the fermentation tank of 1000 litres. The beers are made of 65% barley malt and 35% of malt extract, following recipes by an old brew master who used to work in some colombian macrobrewery (Bavaria?) for 35 years. They use Perle hops (but I haven’t seen any label, and the owner didn’t seem very confident). They swear that it’s a low fermentation, but they also say that it occurs at 10-13°C...
All their beers have a fermentation/maturation problem, evident through a moderate tart sourness.
Dark brown color. Light aroma of malt. Some malt flavor, caramel, light roasted malt. Low bitterness (apart from the bitterness derived from the burnt sugar) and light sourness.

Light blond color; poor head. The aroma is spoiled, sour. The flavor is soft, with cereals, but spoiled too (sour). Low bitterness. Simple beer (but it loses some points because of the fermentation/ageing sourness).

Cloudy amber color. Almost no aroma. Soft flavor, light residual sweetness, some light malt, and this one as well is spoiled by a light sourness, due to some infection.
