At a tasting, smallish bubbly head, quite dark clear yellow color, honey, candy and some very ripe fruitiness, honey and watermelon flavor, Not good and not too appealing.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear golden. Honey, cereals, a bit vegetal, sweetish, cucumber, light-bodied. Really not my thing.

Appearance- amber and clear, a big beige head which quickly settles. Aroma- honey, malt, cereal malt, hop hints, more honey, caramel. Taste- malty, sugary raisin, honey, caramel malt, hint of toffee, sweet finish, trace of bitter hops in the background.

Keg at the bermondsey tap room. A light hazed amber brown coloured pour with a creamy. Beige head. Aroma is eggy sandwich, amber cinnamon bun. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, metallic, cinnamon, clove.. Earthy honey. Palate is semi sweet, earthy, lowish carbonation,. Lingering spicy. Ok.

Keg at the bermondsey tap room. A light hazed copper amber coloured pour with a a sticky light beige head. Aroma is big honey, earthy, plastic. Flavour is composed of earthy honey, biscuit, golden graham's, light chalk. Palate is semi sweet, chalky, highish carbonation, spritzy carbonation. Interesting. Good.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, honey, grassy hop, thin, chalky, stale brown bread. Palate is thin and dry, highish carbonation, light chalk.
