Slightly opalescent dark golden to amber colour, minimal snow-white lacing; aroma of a perfect wild ale with tannines, acetone, woody, tart and citric acidy notes; taste has basically the same notes ; I am really amazed -and so sad thad I have only 1 dL of it!

(Keg at Le Kraken, as Ambré, 20190916) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and lightly grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were caramel, malts, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A decent malty brew.

Drought at Le Cabinet, Geneva. Clear pale yellow with large foamy white head, yeast aroma, low carbonation, slightly sour yeasty taste with a metallic tang, medium finish with metallic aftertate. The blance was a better choice!

Cloudy pale blond color. This Witbier has a delicate malt profile, light permissible acidity, the bitterness is stronger than the average Wit/Weizen, lemon peel, but once again the Aramis hop fails the delivery (no real hop character).

Hazy blond color, quite pale. Mild aroma of quality malt and grass, light hay. Lean mouthfeel, delicate malt flavor, with lot of qualities although less impressive than the last "Blonde Bohemian" tried, the hop has a grassy touch, and also some chamomile, lemon, herbs.
Again, not as good as the previous "Blonde Bohemian", but very good anyway.

Dark brown color, hazy, with small head. The aroma of roasted malts is quite dusty, ashy, earthy, but with a degree of complexity; it also has a light lemony touch. Dry mouthfeel; the mild roasted barley flavor is complemented by a strong hopping with soft resins and evident citrusy character (lemon peel); long final, hoppy and roasty, very dry.
Although this is not my style, it’s a great beer indeed; original, surprising.

It pours a beautiful amber color, cloudy, with copper-red reflex, and generous creamy head. Very nice aroma of smoked malt, persistent but elegant, with notes of campfire. The mouthfeel is smooth; flavor of roasted malt, some caramel, and an interesting subdued biscuity note; overall very dry; strong bitterness, with a bit too much grass and yeast in the final.
Very good and fresh sample; compared to the Aecht Schlenkerla benchmark, this one is drier, the smoked malt is well present but less fat, no schinken, and more bitter.
