Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours clear blonde. Clear, lightly sweet apples on the nose. Flavour has juicy apples, lightly tannic skins. Delicate and sweet; nice, but not the best ice cider.

On tap at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours clear gold with a white head. Dry apple skins, tannic, funk on the nose. Flavour has dry apple skins, tannic, nice funk. Great cider.

On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours hazy yellow. Musty white wine grapes, wild yeast, some sunscreen on the nose. Flavour has punchy wild yeast, white wine grape skins, good funk. Great stuff.
