Description

Tap at Drie Ringen. Cloudy orange to amber with nice big creamy head. Caramel, apricot, spicy yeast with cloves and allspice, cardboard, light brown bread, some dust and cellar. Light sweet with lasting dry light bitter finish. Medium bodied with dry feel. But too dry for a weizen for me.

Bottle as Drie Ringen Bok. Slight hazy light brown with fluffy off white head. Caramel, dried apricots, quite grainy, brown sugar, but mineral. Taste is light sweet with a soft bitter finish. Medium bodied. Actually a quite decent bok considering I don’t care much for the style, not too sweet at least.
