Thanks to crajun for the trade. Pours an oily orange with a medium off-white head. Aroma of fresh citrus, some pine and juicy malt. The flavor is clean and assertively bitter with a bitter finish. Lots of hop flavor for a Double IPA. Hides the alcohol well.

Thanks to crajun for the trade! Pours slightly hazy under a frothy white head. Fresh tangy lemony aroma. The flavor is lightly tart and spicy. Classic, very well done witbier.

thanks to crajun for the trade! Cloudy yellow pour with a tall, sticky, long lasting head that leaves splotches on the sides of the glass as it falls. Could pass for a hefewiezen on appearance. Malty aroma, minty hops. The flavor is lightly sweet with good hop bitterness to balance. Crisp refreshing. A lot of body for a Pils.

Bottle at home thanks to Mora2000 for sending impy goodness up north to help with first cold spell. It’s a deep brownish black with small head. Nose is chocolate and malt. Tastes of rich chocolate, roasted malt, raisin bread, molasses, and some espresso. Not too sweet. A fine stout for a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Spec's, 7/24/14

Aroma: It has a pretty solid fruity and floral hop aroma with some underlying sweet malts
Appearance: It pours a clearish orange color with an off-white head and light, drippy lace
Flavor: The taste is somewhat sweet up-front, fruity, malty, with a medium bitter later on
Palate: The body is medium, with too much carbonation, and a decent mouthfeel
Overall Impression: A nice back of the fridge find! I enjoyed this one. I'm not sure it was a top-of-style IPA, but it is a solid one. It has too much carbonation unfortunately, which harms the drinkability and overtakes the flavor a bit too.
