33 cl bottle, can't recall where I got it from. Sampled on December 16, 2017. BB 31 Dec -21. Marked 2016.Clear dark brown to black color, light brown head with lacing. Sweet, malty, roasted, coffee, alcohol scent. Charred, ash, ink taste. Ink, charred, dry, roasted aftertaste. Warming alcohol. Medium to full mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness. A bit too charred compared to roasted, a bit too boozy. Can't really make out bourbon notes.7/4/6/4/12=3.3

33 cl bottle I've had in the fridge a while. 2016 vintage. BB 31-11-2019 (yes, at this brewery November apparently have 31 days). Sampled on November 17, 2017.Clear dark reddish brown to black color, tan head. Malty, sweet, dark fruits, roasted, berries taste. Roasted, sweet, a tad fruity aftertaste. Medium full mouthfeel, laid back CO2. Malty, ash, a bit roasted scent.6/4/7/4/14=3.5

Keg at Dammstugan, Wenngarns Slott, Sigtuna. Cloudy deep golden, small head. Fruity nose with hay and tangerine. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Interesting hop profile with hay, orange peels and citrus. Mid bitter finish. Well made.

Bottled, at Dammstugan, Wenngarns Slott, Sigtuna. Cloudy pale amber, rich firm head. Aroma of pears and grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Flaked oats, grains, pears and tangerine peels. Fruity and bready with resinous bitter finish.

Bottled, at Wenngarns Slott, Sigtuna. Hazy deep golden, small head. Generous aroma of passionfruit and mango. Dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Lightly bready with grains, mango and hay. Mid bitter finish. Very refreshing. Surprisingly good 2.2% beer.
