Can. Color: Very hazy pale orange, white head. Aroma: Fruity mix of melon, grape, stone fruit and orange. Taste: Mix of onion, citrus fruit, white grape hints, stone fruit notes, wheat malt and nettles. Moderate sweet, light hopbitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice complexity. Enjoyable.

Small if persistent white head over fully hazy lemonjuice yellow beer; shards of lace. Asafoetida, bit sulphury, ferns, lemon and other citrus. Sweetish-bitterish, again citruslike, grapefruitpeel, lemonpeel. Vegetable frying oil, hopoils, resin. Background sweetness, both fruity and malty. Good balance. On longer term, dry, lasting bitterish. Certain chewiness, resiny feel; good body for only 6.1%, oats lending a slick feel. Very well carbonated. Surprisingly good!

Can shared by and with Grumbo with ITFCDan. Aroma of jam, blackberry, mango, plum, hedgerow and watermelon. Taste is more tart than sour. Very thick and juicy. Enjoyed it.

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma is incredibly vinous, strong white wine and gooseberry, herbal. Taste is the same, very vinous, white wine, grape, gooseberry, herbal, weedy, tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Some of the best tasting Nelson I've had in recent times.

440ml can. Pours a murky light yellow, white head. Aroma of peaches and apricot, melon, guava, little smokey hint from Riwaka. Taste is much the same, it's very juicy, slightly sweet, peach, apricot, guava, melon, grape, light citrusy piney bitterness at the end with a little smokey hint (thankfully not the full on burnt bacon some Riwaka beers are plagued with).
