Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy and lacing, beige head. Subtle roastiness in the nose. Medium body, roasted malts and perhaps a discreet whiff of licorice. It's a fairly decent Stout, and that's good enough for me. 211117

Bottle share (27/09/2017) - dark amber pour with light beige head. Light sweet toasty malty medium sweet with some bready malt, caramel, toffee, nutty, slight peculiar medicinal herbal accents going on into the malty finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Subtle roasty nose plus some licorice. But also some unpleasant chemical note. Again I have this light tartness I suspect could be a lurking infection - I hope time will prove me wrong. Medium body, chemical, unclean roastiness. Ends dry - no real bitterness. 280717

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an orangey amber with a white head. Brown sugar nose but also something thar could be a lurking lactic infection. Medium body, carbonation to the low side. Again burned caramel, subtle roast and nothing much more. Dudes, you started out so promising, now most of your beers resembles sloppy home brew. WTF happened? 280717

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze. Head is white and fizzy but dissipates in no time. Nose is lemony tart with a hint of yeast. Medium-bodied, some yeast and unpleasant phenols before this lemony tartness takes over - a tartness that really grows to a point where I suspect this beer to be unpleasant - unless they tried to make a sour Hefe which I very much doubt. 280717

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a light amber with a slight haze and a small, off-white head. Heavy, rubbery aroma. Medium body, sweet caramellish base but the Bamberg style smoke is overwhelming. Very subtele hops. Not for those faint at heart. This is smoky indeed. 110717
