Pours a hazy, orange-pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma is a bit muted, with citrus and tropical fruit notes. Flavors more pronounced, with citrus and tropical fruit. Soft mouthfeel. Mild levels of hop bitterness in the finish.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Flat black pour with a thin light beige head that recedes steadily to a wispy film. Small patches of lace. Bourbon, malt and vanilla in the nose. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, charred malt, bittersweet dark chocolate and vanilla. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good collab Stout overall.

16 oz. can. Pours black, with a fair, foamy, tan head. The aroma is heavy espresso, cinnamon, caramel, and pecan. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium to heavy body, creamy, and thick. Pretty nice.

Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, pine needle, mango, mandarin.
Taste comprises orange zest, guava, raw pineapple, mandarin, papaya, pine resin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Tidy juicy DIPA.

16 oz can. Aroma has notes of grapefruit, lime. Pours hazy orange with a half finger off-white head that collapses into a ring quickly. Taste is moderately sour (7/10) and fairly bitter from the grapefruit. Slightly salty. Flavors of grapefruit and lime. Very Paloma like.
