Description
Craft beer is a passion, an obsession and a journey. This journey has opened our eyes (and taste buds) to some of the finest examples of beer this planet has to offer. Our tastes and expectations have forever changed, and so have our methods of enjoyment. From beer trades, to home brewing, to attending release parties and festivals one thing became clear… We rarely drink the same beer over and over again, and we love to share.

Draft at the brewery, 11/19/16. Hazy yellowish color.  White head.  Spice, tea, grapefruit, and juicy fruit.  Clean dryness on the close as part of a quality mouthfeel.  Really unique. I liked this a lot.  My personal favorite of our visit, which is always fun with a new hop.

Growler from Dominion pours a hazy yellow gold with lots of lacing, white head. Nose has lemon, grass, soap, a little green melon. Flavor has lemon and lime, grass, straw, light biscuit, some green melon, a little raw green papaya. Finishes dry, spritzy and lightly bitter.

Draft at the brewery, 11/19/16. Decent aroma of grapefruit, grains, and a little grass/hay. Clear gold with a fluffy white head. Flavor is mild, with a lighter bitterness. Okay mouthfeel, crisp, clean, and a little short on the finish. Solid, but not as good as some of the others I had on my visit.

Lots of pine but not a huge body here. Golden pour with decent lacing and not much head. Light bitter finish. Tap at Meridian Pint.

Draft at the brewery, 11/19/16. Dark amber pour, creamy head. Nutty and malty aroma. Bit of citrus. Really clean, malty flavor and great mouthfeel. Not usually a stlye that I find particularly compelling, but I thought this example was really good.

Draft at the brewery, 11/19/16.  Hazy orange. This over had a nice piney hop, dry, bit boozy.  Clean, bitter close. Pretty good, but I thought the flavor development and mouthfeel were both a step short of some of their better IPAs.

Draft at the brewery, 11/19/16. Orange with average sized head and lace. Nice, fruity hop. Good bit of dankness. Great mouthfeel, ABV is well hidden. Expected nothing less from these 2 collaborating.
