Bottle. Not quite clear golden amber with a white head that laces well and never disappears. Aroma of kumquat, grapefruit, pine, light bread and a little biscuit, some herbal notes. Fairly light bodied, carbonation is about where I like it for this sort of thing: on the low side of moderate. Sweetish with biscuit and a little caramel, fairly bold citrus, some pine, some sweaty tropical fruit. Lasting bitterness is on the high side of moderate.
