Cask @Fass&Cask (Rome). Pours amber with a medium and persistent off-white head. Aroma of tangerine, passionfruit, grass, malt. Flavour is medium to light malty with a medium bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very good one!

Cask (gravity) @ 31th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2014, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England [ As Hilltop Anteprima ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, biscuit malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus - pineapple, biscuit malt. Bottle purchased at Les Vignerons in Rome-Italy. Clear gold/orange pour, little white foam. Nose: orange, sweet lemonade, some pine needles. Mouth: super clean, a bit dry, resinous. Bravo!
