Browar Raduga powstał jako inicjatywa entuzjastów picia dobrego piwa. Zmęczeni piwami pochodzącymi z przemysłowych produkcji, zaczęliśmy od warzenia w domu, piwnicy, łazience, wannie oraz Saabie 9-3!
Zachęceni pozytywnym przyjęciem naszych produkcji przez podobnych nam miłośników picia dobrego piwa oraz sukcesami w konkursach piwowarów domowych, postanowiliśmy udostępnić nasze piwo szerokiemu gronu odbiorców.
Chmielimy z rozmachem nie żałując wysokiej jakości składników. Nie zamieniamy droższych na tańsze i nie dosypujemy zamienników na miejsce tego, co w piwie znaleźć się powinno.
Robimy piwo takie, jakie zawsze chcieliśmy pić i jesteśmy z tego dumni!

Bottle from piwne mosty. Deep brown color with thick beige head. Aroma of dark malt, prunes, dark chocolate, coffee beans. Taste is very powerfull with chocolate, nougat, prunes, cocoa, molasses, roasted malt, warming alcohol. Nice.

0,5l can from Piwne Mosty online store. BBE 08.06.2022. Hazy yellow beer with medium white head. Aroma has fruity and hoppy notes. Flavor has ripe fruits and pine. Some dry bitterness too. Juicy, pineapple and watermelon mainly. Quite typical Polish DIPA. Decent.

Yellow to orange color, hazy with small white head. Peach, citrus, hoppy, flower aromas. Light bitterness, fruity. Average to full body, bit sticky with lasting finish.

Black with a tiny off-white head. Roasted aroma with chocolate and liquorice, and hints of dried fruit and ink. Sweetish roasted flavour with liquorice, dried fruit, bourbon and ash. Zero carbonation.

Bottle from Piwna Central, Poznan. Clear golden, unstable, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of coffee bean, hazelnut, grapefruit peel, unripe pear, grape, pine, bread crust, melon. Taste has sweetish grape, pear & apple; bitter coffee, nuts, pine & herbs in the middle; ending piney hoppy, a bit resinous, grapefruity with bitter earthy coffee bean accents on top. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. IPA-wise nothing special but the coffee adds a nice extra layer.

Can from Piwna Central, Poznan. Hazy red, very small, pink head. Aroma of blueberry jam, coulis, cranberry, cassis, chocolate (praline), yoghurt, vanilla, vague coco cream. Taste has sweet-sour blueberry, cassis, vague strawberry & cranberry, sweet yoghurty maltiness with chocolatey & vanilla accents, some coco. Tart, red-fruity finish, lingering berries, chocolate & coco. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Good but it does feel as if it needs the malt to support the fragile fruit character.
