Pours amber with a large fading off-white head.Nose shows caramel, toffee, waffle cone.Flavours include caramel, toffee, figs. Sweet and rich. Very balanced.

Pours amber with a white fading head.Nose shows some funk, berry and lemon notes, little else. Very tart flavours with some lemon and sour berry notes.

Pours deep very almost copper with a quickly fading head.Nose shows serious brett with lemon peel and horse blanket notes, along with a bit of golden syrup and sultanas behind.Flavours include more funky brett, dark sugar and golden syrup behind, a bit of figs, lemon pith, sherbet. And interesting.
