Herb-bitterer Antrunk, leicht, aber nur kurz malzig. Im Mittelteil ist die Bitterkeit in abgeschwächter Form präsent, die Herbe rückt etwas in den Vordergrund und wird von einem schwachen würzigen Ton unterstützt, der das Bier etwas sanfter und weniger trocken wirken lässt. Der Hopfen ist hier nur in milder Form erkenbar. Der Hopfenextrakt zeigt sich im Abgang auf, in dem die Bitterkeit am stärksten ist. Der Hopfen kann sich nicht im Geringsten durchsetzen und fristet ein untertöniges Schattendasein. Dadurch wirkt das Pils hier etwas unharmonisch und langweilig, da die Bitterkeit durch nichts aufgefangen wird und so etwas unangenehm wird. Deep mahogany color. Thick off white head. Dry dog food, dark chocolate nose. Light body with a touch of spiciness, chocolate and earthy character. Sweet malty chocolatey finish at the end.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Straw golden, small white foamy layer; unmalted barley and dough in the dusty nose; slightly dry, shy bitter flavour, watery texture; "bread and water" in the finish. Not good, even if You are thirsty.......

Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden coloured, firm small white head with a shy lace, visible carbonation; distinctive fruity nose with the emphasis on bananas; creamy MF, mild sweetish-(fruity)-sourish flavour; wheat-maltiness in the fruity,wheaty finish. A good example of an odd style.......

Bügelverschlußflasche: Cloudy, deep (reddish-) amber coloured, quite stable, a bit lacing off-white head; delicate citrus-fruity and caramelly nose, sour dough also detectable; moderate sweet (-malty)-sourish flavour, MF is a bit fizzy; fruity and malty finish, faint sourness and tartness in the very end. Really not unpleasant.......

Bottle. Orange, foamy golden head. Dusty minerally, somewhat fruity aroma. Quite dry hayish base with a few fruity overtones, light aromatic hop. Kicks a bit.
