So it looks like Pettavel Winery is now Mt Duneed Estate and Pettavel Rd Brewing Co is their beer, but it’s not clear where it’s actually brewed. Amber with a white head. Aroma of bread crust, some stewed fruit, oranges, a touch of grapefruit. And so it tastes, with citrus veering a litle towards grapefruit and a bit of pepper at the end. Maybe the malt flavours have some berries tucked in there. A bit sweet for me (and I’d like more hops and a drier finish but then it would be a different beer) but sound enough.
