Bottle. Very pale gold with a fading white head. Minerally aroma with grapes, hay and cantaloupe. Low carbonation - getting towards flat. Not very sweet despite some tropical notes. Under-ripe berries and dry Riesling Much more citrus - like a less pungent grapefruit - and far bitterer than expected. This is an interesting (or maybe weird) hop - maybe a Tripel would suit it?
