Light brown. This is smells a bit sweet and maybe w some butter. Sweet, caramel...not my kind of brown.

Hazy gold, a little dull malt w not much hop. Body is ok but not much hop, lacks brightness, doesn’t really come together.

Bottle. BIG gusher. Hazy pale amber with a white head. Gentle aroma of peach , caramel and spices. Eh, overprimed I guess. Light bodied. Peach and a little caramel, earth and spicy notes, bitterness lingers. Malts seem a little tired. Refreshing. Presumably there will be better bottles of this, but pleasant enough as is (after I cleaned up the kitchen).

Bottle, 11C. Clear amber with a large off-white head. High bead. Floral aroma with light citrus, caramel and pears. A little fruit and caramel but dry bitter finish rushes straight in. Bitter finish, some astringency from excessive carbonation. Peppery and floral notes linger. Still a bit light on the malt side for me even after it gasses out a fair bit, but the carbonation really got in the way with this one.

Pours dark amber with a large, growing head.Nose shows some fruity and floral notes along with faint grassy hints. Pretty restrained. Some spicy phenols too interestingly enough. Something almost cinnamon-like to it.Similar flavours; restrained spicy, earthy hops, soft caramel, little else. Distinctive English-style bitterness in the finish, seemingly no pine or resin.Could use a slightly richer body.

Pours amber with a large, lasting head.Nose shows doughy wheat and floral notes. Could use some clove of banana.... Reminds me of my own somewhat feeble attempt at a hefe.Some wheat shows as a flavour, but not as much as I’d have hoped. Little else, just some faint spicy hops.High carbonation works well.Slightly disappointed after having read stews review. Not sure what the difference was, this was obtained from the brewery so should have been fresh.

Gusher. Complete geyser upon opening. Beer went everywhere.Pours brown with a large head that quickly fades to nothing.Nose shows chocolate and nutty malt, but is pretty faint.Same story with the flavours, chocolate and soft roasted malt. Finishes very dry with a bold bitterness.Ridiculously over-carbed. Like a soft drink.Obviously some major kinks needing to be sorted out.

Pours amber with a large white head.Nose shows a massive lilli-pilli (ha, as if anyone knows what lilli pilli is like) hop note, along with citrus (mainly grapefruit) and a little pine.Similar flavours, more lilli pilli and woody notes, with some faint biscuity and grainy malt also present.Could use a little less carbonation, I guess...Pretty decent attempt, somewhat different from most.
