Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of bluebetty. Pours an almost clear dark amber with a beige head. Very perfumy, spicy aroma - almost herbal. Solid body, heavy carbonation. Burned caramel and overripe fruit, again perfumy, spicy accents. Fruity with perfumy hops in the finish leaving a solid bitterness. Interesting alright. 241010

330ml bottle. Almost clear gold with a modest white head. Light caramel, nectarine, soap and spice aroma. Mellow fruity taste with peaches and pears as well as quite a bit of caramel. There’s a little bitterness in the pepper and clove finish. Interesting mouthfeel - it’s a little undercarbonated for a Tripel and it’s not very yeasty, but there’s enough there to make it full without being all that heavy.
